Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock effectively.
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in cash handling processes, including register operations and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
  • Experience in cash handling procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
