 As a Branch Inside Sales Support representative, you love to "ACT":

In this client-facing role, you understand the importance of customer service and the foundation of ACT. You will become a product knowledge expert, knowing all about what we sell and how to support our customers. General responsibilities include:

Customer Service

1. Greet customers as they enter the distribution branch, or as they call.
2. Answer customer inquiries about the materials and services Gentek provides.
3. Make it easy for customers to do business with us. You are their business partner.

Order Processing

1. Enter and process customer orders through Gentek's order system.
2. Provide accurate and helpful information about products, availability, and delivery status.
3. Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and orders.

1. Must be bilingual (French/English0
2. Completed High School certificate a must. Post-secondary education an asset.
3. Experience in the building industry (e.g., hardware store, pro-desk) is valuable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
4. Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences.
5. Must be computer proficient.
6. High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes.
7. Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees.
8. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

You will make sure our customers get the products and/or information they need and get them on their way.
