Team Player for Family Run Business

Full time warehouse associate must be responsible and punctual. Must be able to take on various responsibilities within the warehouse and shipping office. Must be able to multi task, work in a fast paced environment and be very organized. Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel is an asset. An ability to work with many different carriers shipping platforms. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers via phone, email and resolve issues promptly. Order processing, tracking shipments, and managing returns and exchanges.

Duties and Responsibilities

Loading/Unloading products

Picking, packing, and shipping stock

Shipping office administrative work

Warehouse cleaning, general building, lawn and parking lot maintenance and other tasks as they come up

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent oral and written communication

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook would be an asset

Use of Forklift an asset but not necessary, hand trucks and dollies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
