As our business continues to grow, we are now hiring a
Driver Team Assistant
to join our operations team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and coordinating daily driver operation
  • Organize and coordinate driver work shift
  • Coordinate with
    warehouses, drivers, and customer service team
    to ensure end-to-end resolution of issues
  • Ensuring driver compliance with company standard of procedures
  • Providing on-going support to drivers
  • Handle performance management and maintain communication with drivers

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Native Level Fluency)
  • Prior experience in
    logistics, e-commerce, courier services, or team management
    is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently following up on issues
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (
    Excel, ticketing systems, email, etc.
    )
  • Able to thrive in a
    fast-paced, multi-tasking
    work environment
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and transportation regulations is a plus
