Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable furnace and duct cleaning technician to add to our teamThe ideal candidate must be detail oriented,able to work alone or as a team,be confident in driving our truck from location to location,and have a great attitudeWe pride ourselves in having exceptional customer service so a drive to go above and beyond and have strong customer relations is key.This position is to be a lead hand on the truck once training is complete, responsible for ensuring all aspects of the cleaning are performed properly, taking payments, and taking before and after on each job.A valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract and criminal record check are required.

Duties

  • Drive our work unit from job to job, sometimes out of town(typically no more than an hour outside of Grande Prairie)
  • Create access point on the furnace for the suction hose
  • Perform function test on each furnace and remove and replace blower motor for cleaning.
  • Haul hose from truck to the furnace
  • Use power tools and air lines to clean duct work
  • Take before and after pictures/videos
  • Take payment and send invoice at the end of service
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure all cleaning needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience

  • Prior experience duct cleaning or working with furnaces is an asset, but not required we provide full training
  • Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
  • Good communication skills for clear reporting of completed work and any issues encountered during cleaning. This position offers a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
