Role: Workday Integration Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: Long term project

Up to 5 days onsite per week (as of January 2025)

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years experience Workday Studio Development
  • 5+ years experience Workday API's / WebServices and general knowledge of API's (not just Workday)
  • 5+ years experience Working experience and deep understanding of out of the box connectors between Workday and other External Systems that have available API's (Active Directory, ServiceNow, PowerBI/MS Fabric etc)

Description

With higher demand to ingest and extract data To/From Workday

We are looking for a seasoned Workday Integration Specialist who will help the client with upcoming and inflight projects that require integrations between Workday and other Internal and External Systems.

The immediate projects that are in flight require deep understanding of out of the box connectors between Workday and Active Directory, ServiceNow, PowerBI/MS Fabric, and other External Systems that have available API's.

Main tasks are

  • Expertise in Workday Integrations
  • Reporting As a Service (RaaS)
  • Out of box Connectors for Third Party Vendors
  • Workday API's / WebServices
  • Integration with MuleSoft
  • EIB
  • Workday Integration Systems called from existing WD Business Processes
  • Workday Studio Development
  • Workday Custom (Advanced) Reporting
