The Role

We are seeking a proactive and
bilingual
ERP Systems Specialist
to join our expanding team at IPH Limited.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of key Finance and HR technology platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP SuccessFactors, and Litmos.

You'll ensure system stability, data integrity, and provide expert user support across our Canadian firms. Working closely with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors, you will help deliver efficient, compliant, and user-centric systems solutions.

We're seeking a self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments and can translate user needs into functional system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Finance and HR systems, managing configuration, user access, workflows, and security settings.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate with vendors for resolutions, upgrades, and patches.
  • Ensure ongoing data accuracy and integrity through routine audits, reconciliations, and governance protocols.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, data extracts, and reports to support Finance and HR stakeholders' decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for system improvements, process automation, and new functionality.
  • Support system-related projects including upgrades, module rollouts, and process redesign initiatives.
  • Deliver expert user support, training, and comprehensive documentation to enhance system adoption and proficiency.
  • Ensure all systems comply with data privacy, security standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain vendor relationships to stay updated on system capabilities, releases, and industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and Performance & Goals modules.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and HR business processes such as P2P, R2R, and Talent Management.
  • Strong background in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support functions.
  • Experience managing user roles, permissions, and compliance frameworks, including GDPR.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and UAT scripts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and regions.
  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Litmos, Medius, Power BI, and SQL/reporting tools is an asset.
  • Relevant certifications such as MB-920 or MB-300 are considered an asset.

Responsabilités :

  • Administrer et maintenir les systèmes Finance et RH, gérer la configuration, les accès utilisateurs, les workflows et les paramètres de sécurité.
  • Surveiller la performance des systèmes, résoudre rapidement les problèmes et coordonner avec les fournisseurs pour les corrections, mises à jour et améliorations.
  • Assurer la précision et l'intégrité continue des données via des audits réguliers, des réconciliations et des protocoles de gouvernance.
  • Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord, extractions de données et rapports pour soutenir la prise de décision des parties prenantes Finance et RH.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration des systèmes, d'automatisation des processus et de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
  • Soutenir les projets liés aux systèmes, incluant les mises à niveau, le déploiement de modules et les initiatives de refonte des processus.
  • Fournir un support expert aux utilisateurs, des formations et une documentation complète afin de favoriser l'adoption et la maîtrise des systèmes.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les systèmes soient conformes aux normes de confidentialité des données, aux exigences de sécurité et aux réglementations en vigueur.
  • Maintenir des relations avec les fournisseurs pour rester informé des capacités des systèmes, des nouvelles versions et des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée pour soutenir les besoins opérationnels et métiers.

Connaissances et expérience :

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou de plateformes ERP similaires.
  • Expérience pratique avec SAP SuccessFactors, notamment les modules Employee Central et Performance & Goals.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus métiers Finance et RH tels que P2P, Record-to R2R et Gestion des Talents.
  • Solide expérience en configuration système, résolution de problèmes et support utilisateur.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des rôles utilisateurs, des permissions et des cadres de conformité, notamment le RGPD.
  • Aptitude avérée à développer et maintenir la documentation technique, SOP et UAT.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes avec un grand souci du détail.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, capable de collaborer efficacement avec plusieurs départements et régions.
  • Bilingue en anglais et en français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • La connaissance de Litmos, Medius, Power BI et des outils de reporting SQL constitue un atout.
