We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage supplier invoicing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax documentation. Here's some value you would bring to the team:

  • Processing matched invoices through our TRAILD software linked to Accounts Payable module in our accounting system.
  • Posting and reconciling VISA credit card statements versus expense reports.
  • Contacting suppliers to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Posting monthly pre-authorized payments.
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements.
  • Issuing payments by EFT, cheques and wires and obtaining necessary approvals and signatures.

Other stuff we look for:

  • DEC in Accounting, with 1–3 years of A/P experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
