Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Brokers to join our team.
New and experienced brokers are welcomed You will assess client needs, provide customized insurance solutions, build lasting relationships, and proactively grow your client base.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Stay updated on insurance products, trends, and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and team targets.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in insurance, retail, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, integrity, diligence, and dedication.
- RIBO license preferred (not mandatory, training support available if needed).
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are considered as an asset.
- College diploma or higher.
- Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
