Stay Golden Custom helps busy leaders design and source custom merch that their teams, customers, and communities will be proud to wear. We produce premium custom apparel and merchandise for businesses, teams, and brands across eastern Canada.

After opening our Halifax office in Fall 2024, we're expanding our presence in Nova Scotia and adding a brand-new Account Executive role to lead that growth. This position is built for someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, and turning great ideas into memorable merchandise.

This position will be based at our Halifax office and showroom and will spend regular time on the road visiting clients and developing new accounts across the province.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities throughout Nova Scotia
  • Visit customers and prospects for relationship building and account growth
  • Process and manage inbound orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare product presentations, quotes, and proposals
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer information in our CRM
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows, provide great customer service, and support business development
  • Coordinate with production department to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Represent Stay Golden Custom at client meetings, events, and community opportunities

Job Details

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Position starts January 4th, 2026
  • Based at our Halifax office in the North End
  • Blended compensation model with base pay plus uncapped commission
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for sales visits.
  • A one-week training period will take place during onboarding period at our Prince Edward Island head office, with travel and accommodations covered.

Experience

  • 2+ years in sales or account management
  • Experience in apparel, merch, graphic design, or fashion is an asset
