We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize data solutions, dashboards, and reports leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services to enable advanced analytics and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.

  • Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Create and maintain data models and semantic layers to support analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and support interactive Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into OneLake, ensuring data quality, governance, and security.
  • Collaborate with BI developers and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Optimize performance of data solutions and troubleshoot issues in complex environments.
  • Implement best practices for data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and metadata management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M).
  • Experience with data warehouse/lakehouse architecture, Azure OneLake, and Delta Lake.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Python or Spark for data transformation.
  • Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and AI integration in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for data solutions and DevOps practices.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
