We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Peterborough office as a Broker Support Representative, working Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.

The Broker Support role requires a great deal of concentration as you complete complex data processing with a high degree of accuracy. To be successful you will need to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment where you need to be extremely detail oriented with the ability to think critically about the work you're doing. Your role is to act as a quality control person, ensuring every insurance policy leaving our office is as accurate as possible.

The team you are part of supports our reception desk, and part of your role will be to cover the desk during lunch hour, vacation, and unexpected absences. Covering our reception desk will call for you to provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will need experience with multitasking as you manage incoming inquiries in person, via telephone, mail and email. Asking clients specific questions to assist them efficiently is your main goal, while also processing payments, solving problems and acting as a liaison between brokers and clients.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
