Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver with low bedding experience and strong knowledge of operating, loading, and transporting heavy equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable handling oversized loads in various conditions. Though the role is based in Hope there will be times you are required to be on the road for multiple days at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate trucks with low-bed trailers for transporting heavy equipment.
  • Load and unload construction and pipeline equipment, ensuring proper securement.
  • Operate heavy equipment as required to assist with loading, unloading, and site activities.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any mechanical issues.
  • Follow all company, provincial, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and records.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.
