We are currently looking for a relationship-focused Sales Manager to join our Swift Current team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead all client-facing activity at CKSW 570, CJSN 1490, Country 94, Magic 97, and Swift Current Online.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, track performance, and coach your team to success.
  • Review sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
  • Hire and train new Account Managers when needed.
  • You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
  • Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
