Your Role

As an Occupational Therapist at M|CARE, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients, families, community partners and professionals to support goal achievement.
  • Complete assessments and design individualized treatment programs.
  • Empower clients to overcome physical, cognitive, emotional, sensory, and/or psychosocial challenges.
  • Innovate in practice, lead groups, and contribute to community partnerships.
  • Take on mentorship responsibilities and grow into a leadership role.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in pediatrics and/or adult care (preferred).
  • University degree in Occupational Therapy with registration (or eligibility) with COTO and/or OEQ.
  • Membership with CAOT.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English & French) is an asset.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
