Hands On Learning Centre is looking for a full time Early Learning Childhood Educator to join our team at our Rothesay Rd centre in Saint John, N.B who has their ECE certificate or diploma.

Are you passionate about helping children learn and grow? This position requires someone who is calm and nurturing, a strong educator who is highly organized and loves playtime. If you feel you bring a creative side and enjoy interacting with children and helping them learn through interactive play, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development.
  • Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood learning.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's activities and development while adhering to safety and health regulations.

Must have the following or be will to obtain

  • ECE Certificate or diploma a must
  • Standard First aid
  • Criminal record/vulnerable sector check
  • Must Drive

Up to $27.33 (with ECE certificate or qualifying university degree).
