**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote positive relationships.
- Assess and document children's progress through observations and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Provide support for children with disabilities, ensuring inclusive practices in the classroom.
- Utilize computer operation skills for administrative tasks such as record keeping and lesson planning.
- Incorporate bilingual education techniques when necessary to support diverse learners.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in childcare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to write clear reports and communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with educational tools and resources that support early childhood development.
- Bilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in French is particularly beneficial.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a classroom setting.
