Position: Call Centre Agent/ Inside Sales Representative

About Us: Aurum is an industry-leading window cleaningproperty maintenance group of companies. We are currently looking for a unique and dynamic individual to create new business and build new and existing clients in the various regions we operate in Canada.

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Rep to support our sales efforts through high-volume outbound cold calling. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively contact potential customers, introduce our services, qualify leads, and book appointments or generate sales opportunities for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable handling rejection, and driven by targets and results.

Job Type: Fully On-site

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Pay Rate- $20/hour

Start Date- ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists and CRM tools.
  • Introduce company services clearly and professionally.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, decision-making authority, and interest level.
  • Book appointments, pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, lead generation goals, and performance metrics.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Follow approved scripts while adapting conversations naturally.
  • Stay informed about company's offerings, promotions, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to improve call strategies and results.

Required SkillsQualifications

  • Experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Sales training or call centre experience
