Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
  • Remove dirt, debris, and stains from vehicle interiors using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings to management
  • Ensure all vehicles are returned to customers in pristine condition
  • Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns professionally and courteously
  • Follow safety protocols and use protective gear as required during cleaning procedures

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and quality
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and products suitable for automotive surfaces
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward work responsibilities
