What You'll DoAs an Entertainment Agent, you'll help create memorable guest experiences by supporting event operations across various areas such as concourse support, ticket scanning, and the box office. You'll play a key role in ensuring guests have a smooth, safe, and enjoyable time at Westerner Park events.
Here's what you can expect to do:
Provide prompt, positive, and courteous customer service to guests.
Assist guests with seating, directions, and event information.
Greet guests upon arrival and accurately scan tickets.
Troubleshoot ticket scanning issues and redirect guests to the box office when needed.
Operate box office software (Paciolian) to process ticket sales and "will call" pickups.
Handle payments using cash or Clover terminals and reconcile transactions nightly.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Support in training new employees.
Communicate clearly and professionally using Westerner Park radios when required.
Take initiative to identify and report spills, hazards, or disturbances to event management.
Provide additional event support when needed (such as parking attendant, gate cashier, or wristband redemption).

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (6–7 hours).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to creating a great guest experience.
Rate of Pay: $15.00–$16.32/hour

Status: Casual / Part-Time
Overtime Eligible: Yes
