As an Entertainment Agent, you'll help create memorable guest experiences by supporting event operations across various areas such as concourse support, ticket scanning, and the box office. You'll play a key role in ensuring guests have a smooth, safe, and enjoyable time at Westerner Park events.

Here's what you can expect to do:

• Provide prompt, positive, and courteous customer service to guests.

• Assist guests with seating, directions, and event information.

• Greet guests upon arrival and accurately scan tickets.

• Troubleshoot ticket scanning issues and redirect guests to the box office when needed.

• Operate box office software (Paciolian) to process ticket sales and "will call" pickups.

• Handle payments using cash or Clover terminals and reconcile transactions nightly.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Support in training new employees.

• Communicate clearly and professionally using Westerner Park radios when required.

• Take initiative to identify and report spills, hazards, or disturbances to event management.

• Provide additional event support when needed (such as parking attendant, gate cashier, or wristband redemption).

Rate of Pay: $15.00–$16.32/hour
