We're seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Group Fitness Coach to join our team

  • A self-motivated fitness enthusiast with a true passion for health and wellness
  • An energetic leader capable of commanding attention and energizing group classes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on the fly to different client needs and class dynamics
  • Confident in handling conflict and turning challenges into positive experiences
  • A charismatic personality that commands a room and inspires others
  • Fitness Certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM, CanFitPro, BCRPA, etc.) or equivalent education required
  • Experience leading high-intensity group workouts and familiarity with circuit-based training is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate F45 group classes with enthusiasm and confidence
  • Ensure proper technique and safety during all exercises
  • Modify workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and needs
  • Foster a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants
  • Monitor client progress and provide encouragement and feedback
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized training space
