About The Role
We are looking for an Accounting Service Representative for our growing team

What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Respond to inquiries received by phone and in writing from clients and brokers.
• Contact clients and brokers by phone and email to arrange payment agreements.
• Understand our clients' needs and provide timely and appropriate advice.
• Process all documents related to transaction cancellations and/or terminations.
• Accurately process and verify payments received.
• Effectively manage follow-ups on collections, ensuring all relevant elements are considered in decision-making.
• Prepare various collection letters.
• Verify and enter banking information, review new accounts or policies, and modify the payment schedule.
• Address and resolve certain issues related to payments, disbursements, payment agreements, payment methods, and discrepancies between accounts or policies. Perform necessary transactions to support the resolution of received requests and agreements made.
• Subject to automatic call distribution (ACD).

What You Will Bring

• DVS in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and efficiency in a high-volume work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
• Proficiency in or training on standard office software.
• [Bilingual (French and English)] Requires responding to calls and providing services to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
• No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
