Job Summary

We are in search of an experienced taper to join our team at Luciani Drywall Services. We are open to hiring someone as an employee, or working with someone as a subcontractor. We are a small company servicing brantford and surrounding areas. If you are looking to be an employee, we're seeking out someone who takes pride in their work and will be enthusiastic about joining our team to help us further grow.

If you are seeking full time employment, the ideal candidate would be someone with 5+ years of experience. Someone who is of professional manner, as you will be in direct contact with homeowners and clients. Someone who also has experience hanging drywall would be a huge asset. Being a smaller company, there will be times where you will do more than just tape.

Primary duties will include:

-prefilling, taping, coating, sanding

-capable of working in residential and commercial settings

Secondary duties will include:

-assisting in installing drywall

-assist in framing (steel and wood)

-assist in clean up/ keeping a clean work site

If you are in search of subcontract work, respond and state as such. Subcontract work will consist of taping/finishing to a level 4 finish unless stated otherwise. We are a small but growing company. We will be looking for subs that are looking for semi consistent work and would like to build a working relationship. subcontract rates to be discussed further.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
