PAS's at On Side help lead the Project Administration team in the essential work they carry out every day. With exceptional knowledge in every area of On Side's work the PAS can get to the root of any issue and provide guidance, because they've dealt with this before

Project Administration Supervisors are responsible for:

  • Training and developing their reports
  • Being available to lend expertise
  • Monitoring and managing time
  • Managing capacity and allocating resources to ensure nothing gets missed
  • Pitching in when needs are high

What you bring:

  • Bilingual (French/English): Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
  • 3-5+ years providing excellent administrative work
  • Evidence of being able to work with competing high priorities
  • 1+ years supervising or managing people
  • A positive, 'can do' attitude
  • A background providing excellent customer service.
  • Valid Drivers license & clean drivers abstract
  • Clean criminal record

Work Location:
