Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Cornwall, ON, for a Senior Estimator & Sales Lead specializing in Acoustics & Noise Control. The role involves preparing accurate project estimates, collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions, and managing the sales process to meet business goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and liaising with the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction from inception to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in cost estimation, project assessment, and proposal preparation within the industrial enclosures or acoustics field.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, sales lifecycle processes, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of acoustics, noise control systems, materials, and engineering principles related to industrial applications.
• Competence in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and understanding fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimation, design, and project analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in industries such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing is an asset.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.
