Civil Technologist

Job Description *The Opportunity: WSP is currently seeking a Civil Technologist to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering Team, located at our Kingston office. Reporting to a Senior Technical Engineer, this position will be responsible for the execution of a variety of design activities including, preparing AutoCAD Civil 3D design drawings, technical specifications, quantity and cost estimates for tender and construction for municipal engineering and land development projects. This role will include various field inspections for design conformance reviews as well as surveying, and contract administration. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver municipal and land development projects. Conduct field inspections and surveys to ensure design conformance. Assist with contract administration and project management. Contribute to a team focused on innovation, collaboration, and community impact. *What you'll bring to WSP: * Graduated from a three-year college program in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent. Eligible or interested in obtaining C.E.T. designation. 0–3 years of engineering design consulting experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
