We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our client's team on a full-time basis. All ideal candidates MUST have at least 2 YEARS of experience operating counterbalance forklifts and working in a manufacturing environment with narrow aisles.

Location: Orangeville (12-hour continental shift, Bi-weekly rotation into day/ night)

Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts counterbalance and walkie

- Perform lifting as needed and moving of materials within the warehouse

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders

- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks as needed

- Conduct order picking accurately and efficiently

- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor forklift issues

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Valid forklift operator certification.

- Previous experience operating counterbalance (specific experience required for each role).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
