Much more than a consulting firm, our client is a trusted advisor and business partner. The firm goes beyond the traditional role typically associated with other accounting firms and excels at advising business owners and their families.
The firm is both highly successful and well-established. As partners have retired new partners have continued the ambitious drive for growth and service expansion. The current team of 40 will grow by 50% in the next 4 years, and the firm will soon move to its own new purpose-built building.
The firm provides full service advisory expertise to private companies. The firm regularly establishes new lines of business as part of its ambitious growth plans, expanding both in terms of service breadth and department size.
The firm has recognized a need to expand its existing services lines to include US corporate tax compliance and planning. This need was determined by the fact that the firm's existing clients are expanding operations into the US, and new clients are coming with US exposure. The firm currently partners with other companies to have the US corporate tax work completed, and would like to provide this service internally.
The Partner track opportunity is with admittance to the firm within 2 years and the firm means what it says, having made three partners from similar partnership tracks in previous years.
