Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members' peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you

Pay Rate: $28.00 and up, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours
- Perform on-call emergency maintenance
- Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards
- General common area and building maintenance
- Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team
- Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
- Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards
- Assist with snow removal
- Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- 2 years maintenance service experience required
- 3 years renovation experience an asset
Technical Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Ensure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview)
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle
