Danfoss Couriers & Freight is a locally owned delivery and trucking company delivering to over 900 pharmacies in the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. We are currently hiring reliable and responsible full time Delivery Drivers using our safe and reliable Ford Transit vans. Experience as a delivery driver is not required, we will train the right candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle and deliver shipments, 20 to 30 customers per day
  • Follow compliance rules, and safety standards
  • Strong command of English
  • Operate company vehicle to local customer locations as scheduled in timely, efficient manner
  • Ability to safely climb in and out of vehicle, navigate stairs often
  • Deliver packages in all weather conditions including snow
  • Use of an android scanner

Qualifications:

  • A reliable vehicle for commuting to work in all weather conditions
  • Lift a maximum of 45 lbs repeatedly during a 8 hour work shift
  • A positive can do attitude
  • A valid class 1, 4, 5 or 7 British Columbia driver's license
  • Able to speak and read English
  • Must be flexible with work schedules, including Saturdays
  • Must successfully pass driving records check

Work Schedule:

  • Typical work schedule is 6 to 9 hours per day with a minimum of 8 hours paid.
  • 6:00 am to 8:00 am start time depending on route
  • Monday to Saturdays
  • Part time work is not available
