Job Overview:
We are looking for a full-time, reliable and caring nanny to take care of our baby and to assist with basic clerical/office work at our office site.
We value a nurturing and loving environment and hope to find someone who shares our commitment to providing the best care for our child.
The position is live-out, meaning that you will not reside in our home.
Your responsibilities will include caring for our infant, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and supporting their development.
Please note that my child's care is located at my professional office in Fort St. John where we have a separate floor for childcare.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time care of the baby (feeding, cleanliness, safety and supervision)
- Assisting with basic clerical work such as filing, organizing documents, and simple office tasks
- Supporting staff with routine office duties when the baby is resting
- Basic daily light cleaning duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in baby care is preferred
- Basic knowledge of clerical/office work
- Honest, patient and responsible
- Able to work full-time on site (Monday to Fridays from 9-5)
- Skills in light cleaning are advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to caregiving
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and responsibilities
- Must be reliable and attentive to detail
It is essential that the right candidate has valid CPR certification and first aid.
References are required.
