Your primary roles are to manage the day-to-day operations related to the restaurant dining room and kitchen, to manage and schedule staff and volunteers to ensure that guest experience through efficient operations, adhering to our mission standards, that food is safely handled and is nutritious and crowd pleasing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

STAFF/VOLUNTEER SCHEDULING, LIAISON AND SUPERVISOR

SUPERVISE AND MONITOR ALL PROGRAMS TO ENSURE RESULTS ARE ACHIEVED AND OPERATION IS EFFICIENT, SAFE, THAT OUR CULTURE REMAINS INCLUSIVE AND WELCOMING, VALUES, GOALS AND ATTITUDES ARE SHARED AND ON MISSION.

MAINTAIN REQUIRED STAFF TRAINING

MAINTAIN VOLUNTEER DATA BASE

ORGANIZE DAILY TEAM MEETINGS THAT INCLUDE HEALTH AND SAFETY REVIEWS, MONTHLY STAFF MEETINGS CO-FACILITATED BY MANAGER AND E.D.

MONITOR AND ENFORCE POLICY AND PROCEDURE TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS SUPPORTED, HAS SUPPLIES, TRAINING, AND DIRECTION AS NEEDED.

ASSIST STAFF AS NEEDED (COOKING, CLEANING ETC)

MONITOR MENU TO ENSURE NUTRITION, QUALITY, QUANTITY, CROWD PLEASING OPTIONS ARE MAINTAINED

MONITOR BUDGETS—FOOD AND MAINTENANCE, ENSURE STAFF STAY WITHIN LIMITS and REQUIRED SUPPLIES ARE AVAILABLE AS NEEDED

TRACK MEALS SERVED, RECORD TRENDS/CHANGING NEEDS

RESOLVE GUEST CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS/INCIDENTS USING PROFESSIONAL COURTESY AND KINDNESS

MONITOR AND ENSURE THAT ALL SAFETY INSPECTIONS ARE COMPLETE AND HAVE POSITIVE RESULTS.

MAINTAIN AND DIRECT REPAIRS TO BUILDING AND PROPERTY.

HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING REQUIRED TO STAND IN TEMPORARILY FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND INTERACT WITH DONORS OR MEDIA THAT VISIT. SUPPORT THE ED AS DELEGATED.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE , A PROVEN ABILITY TO INTERACT IN A POSITIVE AND COLLABORATIVE MANNER, STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, AND RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE ARE ALL A REQUIREMENT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
