The Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Analyst who's passionate about improving processes and driving efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to solve problems, work with data, and contribute to supply chain and process optimization initiatives. What you'll do
 

  • Provide daily Procure to Pay (P2P) support for workflow routing, OpenInvoice inquiries and invoice resolution

  • Be a key contact for P2P category managers, buyers, and controllers

  • Support the setup and use of Auto POs and Punchout catalog use in SAP

  • Coordinate and manage IS tickets for Process Enablement and Master Data teams

  • Support Celonis Center of Excellence (CoE) team deliverables

  • Participate in process and technology improvement projects and initiatives including TC's SAP (S4 Plus) transformation journey

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams that need assistance with the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and/or spend channels.

Minimum Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain P2P business support and/or supply chain process improvement

  • 1+ years practical experience working with ERP procurement modules, ideally SAP ECC or S4

  • Open to learn new tools and systems, including Celonis and SAP S4

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Some understanding of SAP Integrations for Supply Chain

  • Some understanding of master data domains including Service Master, Material Master, Vendor Master

  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx

  • Multilingual skills in Spanish
     

This position requires candidates to:
 

  • Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)

  • Overnight stays away from home base may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)

  • Possess, or be eligible to receive, a valid passport and maintain travel eligibility for Domestic, Cross Border, and International Travel (including the USA and Mexico)
