Sub Prime Manager or Team
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car sub prime manager to to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a proven track record in retail or high-end automotive sales. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting dealership marketing efforts to drive sales growth. Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships that foster dealership loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts to promote vehicle sales
- Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage and develop the sales pipeline to maximize opportunities and meet sales targets
- Support B2B sales initiatives and develop relationships with corporate clients
- Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle features to enhance customer experience
- Assist in marketing activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and personalized attention
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Stay informed about new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Experience
- Prior dealership experience is required in the used car sub prime market.
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Experience with sales management tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive retail is beneficial
