Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server and Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Manage the POS system efficiently, including processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
  • Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Skills

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant settings.
  • Familiarity with Micros POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
