Summary

We are seeking a dedicated - Showroom Assitant to join our team at Jordans. In this role, you will be requiered to assist on the showroom floor helping customers as needed to suport our sales team. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products within the warehouse.
  • Operate order pickers and forklifts safely to move materials as needed.
  • Load and unload shipments accurately while adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
  • Advising customers
  • Some Rug Sales
  • Answering the phone professionaly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with order picking equipment such as forklifts or clamp trucks is an asset.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
