Showroom Sales Manager

This is a **hybrid position** that blends customer service, administrative support, and a bit of warehouse magic. You’ll be the friendly face of our showroom and the helpful voice on the phone—but the most important part of your role will be working side-by-side with our Project Manager to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re a fast-moving flooring company specializing in **multi-family residential projects**, working closely with builders and developers. While we occasionally assist walk-in clients or answer phone calls from homeowners, the bulk of our business is B2B.
This isn’t your average showroom job. We’re looking for a **self-starter**—someone who takes initiative, takes ownership of their space, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. What You’ll Be Doing:
- **Administrative Anchor** - Assist our Project Manager by processing invoices, placing orders, and handling data entry with speed and accuracy
- **Showroom Sales & Manager** - Own the look and feel of our showroom—keep it clean, organized, and ready for visitors. You’ll also keep our ever-growing sample collection in check (they tend to take over)
- **Customer Connection** - You'll be the main person to answer calls, greet walk-ins, and offer helpful, friendly support to clients and tradespeople alike
- **Warehouse Support** - Assist with general warehouse tasks and operate a forklift as needed (forklift certification preferred)
- **On-Site Support** - Occasionally head out to job sites to help with measurements or material coordination
Who You Are:
- A **self-motivated** problem-solver who takes initiative without waiting for direction
- Naturally **organized** and on top of the details—mess and chaos don’t stand a chance
- Someone who anticipates what’s needed and gets it done before it’s even asked
- Confident with **data entry and admin tasks**, and quick to learn new systems
- Comfortable in both showroom and warehouse settings
- Forklift experience is a plus (certified? Even better)
