Kaban Montessori School, established in 2002 and CCMA-accredited, serves children from Infancy through Grade 6. We're a close-knit, collaborative team passionate about nurturing each child's love of learning in a warm and respectful environment.

About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Montessori Casa Teacher to guide children aged 2.5 to 6 years old. The ideal candidate is caring, organized, and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and authentic Montessori environment.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and implement Montessori activities that encourage independence and exploration.
  • Observe and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain records of each child's planning and progress
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom aligned with Ministry and CCMA standards.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with assistants and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing professional growth and contribute positively to our school community.

What We're Looking For

  • Casa diploma from a MACTE or AMI accredited institution
  • Prior Montessori classroom experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • First Aid & CPR, Vulnerable Sector Check, and up-to-date immunizations required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).
