Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain all digital and print graphics to support brand initiatives
  • Create Social Media reels and ads for FaceBook, Instagram and other opportunities
  • Maintain corporate Websites and E-commerce site
  • Seek out and engage with Influencers to build brand awareness and increase sales
  • Create and maintain Retail and Dealer Price Lists, Newsletters and Brochures
  • Communicate with dealers and reps via Constant Contact and other media
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish
  • Obtain approval of marketing layouts and concepts
  • Assist Sales Director and team establish & implement Sales strategies with an emphasis on marketing on social media
  • Work on different brands and projects simultaneously while maintaining the unique brand identity.
  • Maintain current market knowledge by preparing trend reports, visiting retail environments and online research
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies
  • Update CRM daily for the sales team
  • Provide sales analytics by dealer, territory and product categories

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design and Web development software
  • Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, in retail or home theater/audio video an asset
  • Strong knowledge of all current design software on a PC platform (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • HTML, CSS and Content Manager experience an asset
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Research skills, overall business knowledge and consumer trend awareness
  • Time management and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software, data management and sales analytics
  • Strong Social Media / digital marketing ability
  • Proven ability to write copy and proofread to ensure all communication is accurate
  • Knowledge and experience of Focus Point ecommerce & SAP ERP programs
