We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Dawson Creek, BC. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in project quotations, order execution, and day-to-day inside sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project quotations and process customer orders
  • Verify product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and lead times
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and shift priorities as needed
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with quoting and PVF (pipe, valve, and fitting) products is an asset
  • A background in industrial valves or oilfield distribution is a strong advantage

Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
