Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team at Feroza Financial Inc. located in the heart of our community. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping clients navigate their insurance needs while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional financial services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.*

  • Provide expert advice on various insurance products including life, auto, and home insurance.

Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.*

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.*

  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting insurance products.

Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.*

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

Valid insurance license is required.*

  • Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales is essential.

Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.*

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bilingual capabilities are preferred but not mandatory.*

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM software is an advantage.*
