Risk Analyst/Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation:

On behalf of our Corporate Support client, Procom is searching for a Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Bedford, Nova Scotia office.

Risk Analyst/Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation - Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation is responsible for supporting governance functions for the bank's Talent Acquisition teams, focusing on supplier risk and third-party management activities. This role involves working closely with TA teams, senior leaders, and internal partners to ensure adherence to governance functions and risk mitigation.

Risk Analyst/Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation - Responsibilities:


• Responsible for supplier risk and third-party activities including supplier on/off-boarding, supplier assessments, and questionnaires.


• Assist with contracts, monitoring, reporting, process development, and advising stakeholders & suppliers on third-party risk management requirements.


• Analyze & reconcile internal supplier management lists, systems & platforms to ensure appropriate active supplier alignment.


• Monitor supplier activity and performance to ensure suppliers meet business needs.


• Collaborate with TA teams to support governance initiatives and ensure appropriate execution of governance-related processes.


• Establish strong working relationships across business units and internal partners to define and achieve deliverables.

Risk Analyst/Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation - Mandatory Skills:


• 5+ years' experience as an analyst, preferably in the Governance space.


• Strong understanding of Risk Governance.


• Experience in project management and analytical mindset.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Risk/Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Procurement experience.


• Previous experience with Archer, Beeline, Connect, Ivalua, Workday.

Risk/Talent Acquisition, Governance Analyst – Supplier Risk Mitigation – Assignment Length:

This is an 8-month contract position.
