Key responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, repair, and maintain gas lines, gas equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve gas-related issues and perform emergency repairs.
  • Ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently, and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and advise clients on safety features and maintenance.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Must possess a valid gasfitting certification. Upper year Gasfitters or Journeyman Gasfitter welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of gas and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with health, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform the job, including working in confined spaces and lifting heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel to remote sites to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
