Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and attention to detail.

Duties

  • Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the home.
  • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
  • Cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation when required.
  • Organize spaces efficiently, maintaining a tidy environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English for effective interaction with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
  • A background in hospitality is a plus, showcasing a commitment to service excellence.
  • A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
