What the Job Looks Like

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday daytime hours only (end times vary due to the unpredictable nature of cleaning, and some days may run a little past 5 p.m.).
  • Start each morning at our Echo Place Brantford location around 7:45–8:15 a.m.
  • Travel in a company vehicle with your team (no using your own car)
  • Clean, reset, and refresh clients' homes with precision and care
  • End each day feeling accomplished because your work made a visible difference

This is a physically active job — lots of movement, bending, crouching, reaching, kneeling, scrubbing, lifting lightweight items, and being on your feet for several hours at a time in a fast-paced but supportive team environment.

  • $20/hour to start, with a raise to $21.40/hour within 90 days based on performance and reliability

  • Ability to drive a company vehicle, including on highways
  • Full G driver's licence with a clean driving record

Cleaning experience is an asset but not required — we provide full, hands-on training.
