Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, and related equipment
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on heating and cooling systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding work performed and system recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports
  • Always follow company and OH&S safety policies and procedures
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic upkeep of company vehicles
  • Support and mentor apprentices when required
  • Ensure all worksites are left clean and organized upon completion

Qualifications

  • Journeyman certification (Red Seal required)
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience in residential and/or light commercial work preferred
