The Opportunity:

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join a growing and innovative team in the electronics manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in ensuring materials, production schedules, and capacity plans align seamlessly to meet customer demands. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create and maintain system accuracy for all production orders based on forecasts and customer orders.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure raw material availability through effective MRP communication.
  • Manage capacity planning inputs for the S&OP process.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans to optimize cost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain shared responsibility for capacity-related master data with other planners and schedulers.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to execute optimized production schedules.
  • Work closely with the Production Scheduler to ensure alignment and support.
  • Provide reporting and project support to the Warehouse and Planning Manager as required.
  • Track and meet KPIs including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery and coverage levels.

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory management principles is an asset.
  • APICS or CPIM certification, experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS), and familiarity with demand forecasting techniques are strong advantages.
