Overview

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist who understands how to market retail products across multiple platforms and channels. This role focuses on practical, execution-driven marketing that supports sales both online and in-store.

The ideal candidate understands how customers discover products, how promotions work, and how to present products consistently across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on e-commerce growth.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for various channels including blogs, social media (Facebook Advertising), email marketing campaigns, and website pages using WordPress and HTML.
  • Optimize content for SEO using best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct research to identify trending topics, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform content creation.
  • Manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, leveraging advertising tools to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google AdWords to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Monitor budget allocations for campaigns and ensure efficient use of resources across all marketing activities.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles within e-commerce or online retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies for nurturing leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies to gather market insights and customer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts.
  • Prior experience managing budgets for digital campaigns is a plus. This position offers an engaging environment where creativity meets strategic thinking—ideal for professionals eager to grow their expertise in digital marketing while making a tangible impact on brand success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
