Administrative Clerk, Customs Brokerage
to join our Client Services Team in our Canadian Customs Brokerage division in Montreal.

This person provides administrative support to the brokerage operation, ensuring we maintain our level of commitment to excellent customer service and compliance with Canadian Customs regulations and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams regarding low‑value courier shipment.
  • Prepare payments using the designated methods.
  • Prepare delivery orders and and send copies of manifests and releases to the transportation companies
  • Prepare paper packages and coordinates with the CBSA and carrier/internal team
  • Process certain types of shipments and perform Data entry by using our internal and external systems
  • Prepare specific reports
  • Triage the documents within the team
  • Assist the team and perform other general clerical duties when required

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of administrative work experience
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent phone and computer skills are a must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • A strong experience with Microsoft Office products
  • A strong experience with Foxit PDF or Adobe solutions
  • Customs brokerage knowledge a plus
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Bilingual (French & English)
