Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and change calculations.
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is advantageous.
  • Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
